ABOUT THIS WORK
The sock and buskin are two ancient symbols of comedy and tragedy. In ancient Greek theatre, actors in tragic (sad/crying face) roles wore a boot called a "buskin", and the comedic (happy/laughing face) roles wore only a thin-soled shoe called a "sock".
OBJECTIVE:
Create a vector set of theatrical-style masks to represent the sad and happy sides of interactions, moments, relationships, and life.
COLOR SCHEME:
White, black, navy blue, and crimson red
